I was wondering which Bristol. Was thinking England or maybe TN. Didn't know there was one in PA.

It's one of those names, like Newark, that seems to come up everywhere.

Yea, it seems every state has at least one.

Yeah, that causes confusion sometimes. In the case of Newark, the English one is small enough that it doesn't get confused with the others too often (although it has a metro area population of about 35k, so it's not the smallest).

The second most important city after london if not the first. You never hear about Bristol on the news because no one wants attention. Because all head offices of major companies are in Bristol and not in london.
All banking, insurance, mining, oil byproducts etc etc

Turns out to be baking soda... the envelope was from a Barclay's credit card application. I'm guessing someone got fed up with the spam and decided to freak someone out.
