Before you put your trust in SNOPES.....

They've become a joke on Facebook; spending most of their time "debunking" articles from parody websites. Really shows how stupid they and their fans are.

Snopes is a joke. They "debunked" the boston marathon and 911 conspiracy theories.

I just checked Snopes, and they say this isn't true.

I think it's funny that when you cite Wikipedia, you are mocked and shunned from any discussion but if you cite Snopes, that is inarguable, absolute truth at all times.

I will say that when it comes to urban legends and a lot of bs that circulates around the Web, they do a great job. The second they touch anything remotely political though, their credibility is gone.

once i learned of his involvement last year i stopped checking things out on there, but i had grown suspicious of a few things prior to learning of his involvement.

yea, I used to do the same, looking at it as an authority on debunking....no longer.

Everyone knows its owned by several of the largest corporations in the world, like Kelloggs, Heinz, P&G, WalMart, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, etc etc.
