UK isn't in a position to criticise though - all their kids' meals are halal.

Its a misconception that fat in foods such as butter actually make you put on weight.

It is one of the biggest misconceptions of the century, do the research, you need that fat for fuel, and for the brain to function well. Spread that kerrygold grass fed butter on some real bread, slap some cheese on it, slap some grass fed beef or venison on it. Its good for you!

Really, stop being a victim and get yourself busy in the kitchen and make yourself something and put it in your backpack.

I'm 54 this week and still bring my lunch to work every day. It saves a ton of money over the years and I get to make exactly what I want. And it's way healthier that anything from a restaurant.
