Obama to sign two executive orders today aimed at narrowing gender gap in wages
President Obama will take two executive actions Tuesday aimed at narrowing the wage gap between men and women, forcing federal contractors to let their workers discuss their earnings with one another and to disclose more information about what their employees earn.

The push by Obama, who also is commemorating Tuesday as “National Equal Pay Day,” is part of a broader effort by Democrats to increase turnout among female voters during the 2014 midterm elections, which party strategists consider critical to limiting Republican gains this fall.

One of the new measures is an executive order prohibiting federal contractors from retaliating against workers who discuss their salaries with one another. The other is a presidential memorandum ordering new rules for contractors to file data with the federal government showing how they compensate employees, including by sex and race.

The gender pay gap is a total myth! There are more men than women unemployed currently. Women attend college at greater numbers. They make the same wage for doing the same job already, they just take more sick days and quit jobs because they get pregnant. Men usually have higher paying jobs because their jobs are more dangerous, with 93% of workplace fatalities being men.

This president is just awful. Everything he touches turns to putrid dog shit. He just needs to go the fuck away already.

That is great except the average wage for women in his administration "working in the White House" is just 88 cents on the dollar. Just a political move to help his buddies up for election in the house and senate look good to female voters.

This all is very close to right on.

Just don't forget that when pay is actually normalized for time on the job (women change jobs 5X more often than men) and hours worked (women work significantly LESS on average than men), that women are now running between 15% to 20% MORE per hour than men. This gender wage gap is a total made up LIE in order to further the Protestant "christian" church's goal of Female Worship.

A part of the affordable care act that "equalizes" things is forcing men to carry the burden of pregnancy/maternity costs, because actually having to pay for your own care is just not "fair". When it's men, it's okay, but morally superior women shouldn't have to EARN anything, it must be handed to them, like the vote. This fundamental change in civilization is what brings about the Welfare State and the Female Worship is why the political parties all resemble one another, because they are all focused on the same goal.

What will eventually happen as we transition into a matrilineal society resembling sub-Saharan societies is that women will demand "equal" pay for not having to leave the home in order to "balance life and work", fancy talk for welfare.

As this happens, we will come to resemble the female dominated African societies where NO ONE works except for subsistence and there is zero technological innovation, and large scale gender warfare and all the savagery that comes with female-dominated societies, like abortion, divorce, gender crimes/rape, civil wars, and on and on.

This wage gap is a total lie. Look at Walmart. 80% PLUS of their hourly workers are female, and that's just fine. But ONLY 40% of their management is female (since women don't want to put in the hours to EARN the job), so let's sue for inequality.

This is the type of mysticism or "superstition" the Founders wrote about in Africa that comes as a result of female-dominated society. It's why societies fall...

Huh, I just figured something else out:

All this welfare and handing things out to women when they haven't EARNED it (like the vote), when following the "christian" Female Worship dogma, appears to be similar to the offering or tithe.

It's like we're paying homage or the Tithe to the Great Female. This is why welfare and female domination of the political realm go hand in hand, because women demand to be worshipped, and therefore the money is their "offering", so to speak. If you really worship women like we're supposed to, then Welfare, maternity costs, and "more equal" pay for inferior work/hours is the Offering we just are supposed to give to the Great Female.

Fascinating...

A rational employer will pay employees what they are worth. That means that, in most cases, women and men in similar jobs will earn about equal pay, but blacks will earn less than whites because they just don't have the same capacity for technical thinking.

This is probably how pay is going.

The white workers will do well to shut up about their pay if there are blacks around. Also, the contractors are going to get shit about paying their white engineers more than their black cafeteria workers, based on statistical data they are now required to submit.

Strippers sue for fair pay:

A group of strippers is suing several South Carolina nightclubs, saying they weren't paid according to federal standards.

The lawsuit filed in federal court earlier this year accuses clubs in Columbia and Greenville of violating minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
