It is my personal opinion that eventually allowing cats to roam free will be illegal everywhere. It should be. Cats have no business going wherever they please and their owners are some of the most inconsiderate and irrational I have ever encountered. They cannot see the simple truth in the fact that other people do not share their love of them and do not want them on their land.To me it seems simple, keep you cat contained. It does not belong in nature and you do not have any right to allow it to roam free
