Crater "Broken Heart" on Mars- NASA discovered the possibility remains of buildings of a huge city on Mars
The U.S. space agency NASA has reported about unusual crater, that was recently discovered on the surface of Mars with a telescope HiRISE- this crater resembles the outline of the symbol of a broken heart, so it already got the name - crater "Broken Heart". However, this is quite unique crater on Mars - it consists of several parallel surprisingly, are not peculiar to the ordinary nature, concentric lines, which make it quite unlike any of the previously found craters on Mars - it is more like a huge city remains of buildings on Mars, VIDEO:

Very cool find, OP. Sure looks "built" rather than a natural formation to me.

<sarc> It's a perfectly natural formation, as I'm sure Dr. Assmasteroid Shillstro will confirm. </sarc>

More of a mesa than a crater.

Re: Crater "Broken Heart" on Mars- NASA discovered the possibility remains of buildings of a huge city on Mars
Astronomers have spotted a heart-shaped crater on the surface of Mars.

Located close to a huge volcano or the surface of the red planet, Nasa says the strange shape may have been caused by a volcano.

However, the space agency is so intrigued by the unusual shape is plans to train its telescopes on the 'broken heart' again to try and work out exactly how big it is.
