As reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine, in Slavyansk, Ukraine has started an anti-terrorist special operation. Verkhovna Rada appointed Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov announced the start of an anti-terrorist raid in Ukrainian Slovyansk where previously locals illegally captured city departments of Ministry of Internal Affairs and Security Service and began to erect barricades in the streets, VIDEO:
