Lego Movie, I took my kids to see it

Is it at the dollar theaters yet? My kids have never been to a movie theater and want to experience crappy cinema quality.

One of them has gone and she was too little to sit through it so we left, tried it again with her and the fuzz/dust on the screen sucked. Our TV's look much better than film. They are 5 and 7 now. They asked me what a building was and I told them a movie theater, so we discussed going to one. My husband is 40 and he's never been to a movie theater either, he wants to do it try it but not that motivated to actually do it.

The last movies I have seen... Captain America, Robocop... Each depicted the villain as corporate or government inside cabal's. The feeling in the theater I got was people were agreeing that this was not the stuff of fiction. It was odd.
