There is absolutely no law against opening a fake twitter account.

So he needs to sue the shit out of the police department and the city for millions upon millions of dollars.

A twitter account is not like bank account or some other official account where you need to provide actual proof of identity. Its a shitty social website, thats it.


The police were completely out of their jurisdiction and who ever the judge was that signed off on the search warrant needs to be immediately removed from the bench because he/she clearly do not know anything about the laws.
