Of course, they can only change things in the here and now...but will slowly lose any sense of reality...making them even more dangerous and desperate.

They will attempt to erase people in another "timeline", and so it will appear to them that they had success.

In theory they are creating a pocket dimension in their minds...but vampiring energy from this astral plane and lower ones to achieve it. So they do infact "change" timelines.
