I reckon half the muslim there already got a french passport, and thereby French citizen on same terms and with the same rights as the true french people, so they certainly can't be deported. Criminals or not. They are part of the French people, though without the patriotism or any warm feelings for the country. It's basicly a long drawn out changing of culture, from christianity to Islam that is happening atm. I wonder how society will all look a few generations down.

I've been arguing about muslims' patriotism to the country they live in on a UK forum. I asked whether, if was was declared, how many muslims would join up to fight for the UK. I was told there were plenty of wonderful muslims in our Armed Forces and how they're British first blah blah.. so I checked the stats: There are a total of 176,810 serving soldiers (and sailors) in today's UK armed forces. Of these there are 650 Muslims, even though muslims are 4.7% of the total population. Plus, heard today on Sky that there are over 400 young British muslims fighting as jihadists in Syria.
