Nothing good comes from throwing beer bottles at people.
Quoting: BRIEF Yeah, well; having the right to arrest does not entitle one the right to assault (commit ANOTHER crime). Humans will human. Including college kids just wanting to be outside on the first warm weekend of the season. There is nothing to indicate this kid was involved in throwing any bottles, just that he didn't want to go back inside. He is NOT resisting arrest in any way whatsoever as evidenced by the photos and the statement of the photographer. And I'm not at all sure that deputy is human. Doesn't look like much of one other than some throwback to a caveman. .
