Tennessee sheriff's deputy is FIRED after he was caught on camera choking an unresisting college student

Neither the KPD or the KCSO has a union. that dude is just out of a job and may face criminal charges since the sheriff is up for reelection.

John Messner the freelance photographer who brought this to light seems to pop up at odd times. Has a crime site too.

This kid was NOT charged with throwing beer bottled for the third time. Not even the cops claim that he was.

Apparently his big crime was to be outside when they said everybody go inside.

And if you would be OK with a goon like that choking one of your kids unconscious, you are NOT the father I thought you were because that is totally dangerous and over the top.

Not even those cops allege the kid did that. They said he refused to go inside.

And good thing that photographer was up close and able to witness the entire exchange. He insists there was NO resisting arrest as also alleged and the photos seem to bear that out.

There is a difference in college kids on a summer night wanting to party and criminals breaking laws of moral turpitude.
