PM me your story then. Like I said, I never said either was right or wrong, I'm just using logic to dissect it. I don't let emotion enter into it. If you want counseling I will use empathy. I mean that.

If this action was justified the man wouldn't have been fired practically on the spot.That SHOULD tell you he was totally in the wrong and yet you persist in derailing and defending him when his own Sheriff just canned his ass. False logic. The firing was a PC move to try to prevent a lawsuit. If you drive the getaway car for a bank robbery, but didn't actually rob the bank, would you not still be associated with the crime? Why was this kid singled out, because he had a neck that fit the cops hands? Oh, I don't think firing that ape will prevent any lawsuit and you can bet one will be filed. I hope it was worth it to that jackass as he will likely cost the City of Knoxville plenty. The kid was being arrested for not going back inside as I have stated about a dozen times so far. Apparently the fired Deputy didn't actually have anything to do so decided to have some fun. And that kid was convenient and totally helpless with his arms and hands behind his back, perfect for Deputy Chokes. He looks like he really is enjoying choking that kid. And then slapped him around while he was unconscious. Guess that was also necessary. But there will be lawsuits and plenty of them unless they make a large out of court settlement. Firing him is not nearly enough for this behavior. The cop snapped, no one disagrees with that, but I'm asking you to consider what lead up to that.
