I'm asking you to ask yourself what would set off a person to do that.

The first two cops had everything under control and certainly did not need any assistance as the kid was not resisting at all. You can see Deputy Chokes come up and start to get involved. Apparently he didn't have anything to do and just butted in on the arrest of the other cops. I doubt this is the first time he has done this. Going to be interesting to see what a complete investigation of his past activities will show. . ...
False logic.
The firing was a PC move to try to prevent a lawsuit.
If you drive the getaway car for a bank robbery, but didn't actually rob the bank, would you not still be associated with the crime?
Why was this kid singled out, because he had a neck that fit the cops hands?

Firing him is not nearly enough for this behavior. The cop snapped, no one disagrees with that, but I'm asking you to consider what lead up to that. I don't know but my first guess would be he gets off on this kind of homo erotic behavior. His assistance certainly was NOT needed as the other two had everything under control. Guess he just couldn't resist the site of a kid cuffed and helpless. It may turn out that way, but it reinforces my point just the same. Don't fuck with people and give them a reason to call the police. I'll put it a more simple way: If everyone held integrity and personal responsibility as a value, then we wouldn't need the police. Get it?
