I worked at a large company, where all of the middle managers and senior managers were jew americans. We were not allowed to say Merry Christmas or put up Christmas decorations (there were dreidels and menorahs everywhere for hanukah), we were quite often told to work Sundays while the jews were told they would be fired if they worked on the Sabbath (that was the story we heard anyway), and mazel tov, chutzpah, putz and schmuck were daily terms used, often in a derogatory manner towards the gentiles. The real minority any more is whites, especially white males, because standing up for yourself is racist.
