Any Ska/Funk/Reggae lovers out there?

I'm not a ska/reggae lover but I would say I'm an appreciator of the music. I like it but I don't love it enough to go seeking it out. If I hear ska on the radio, I always turn it up and listen, but I am mostly into rap and electronic or middle eastern music. I've been thinking about getting more into ska lately, I like a lot of it.

Yea ska is definitely an interesting genre of music. I personally find it fun, energetic, and great to sing along and dance to with friends. I love music and appreciate all kinds. Of course, the best music in my opinion is anything late 60's to 70's aka The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zep....etc

I feel that ska, if done correctly, can be a lot better than most music done today. That's why I'm pushing really hard for the band Wax On to get big because their music is enjoyable and non-mind controlling lol

they need better recording equipment, im sure they will get it soon

I'm a film major at my university, and I agree, the recording equipment is a little sub-par lol. But of course, things can only get better I suppose.
