Offer your cat some of that Blue Buffalo Wilderness Kibble. That shit is like crack for cats, especially during the winter. I have over 20 cats (once feral, now domesticated) and they consume maybe one or two 12 pound bags a month in the summer. But now that it's cold outside they'll chow through two or three bags a week. That stuff ain't cheap either, at $46 a bag. Fortunately, their Blue Buffalo Tasteful and Costco Kirkland brand wet food consumption drops by 1/3rd or more in the winter. They need higher carb foods to stay warm and active in the winter. It's costing me $75 to $100 a month to feed each of these 20+ cats. But they are very grateful for my charitable nature when it comes to felines (fuck starving humans) and they show it too. Have you ever been head butted by 20+ cats when you go out to feed them? I have, every time. I've never had humans head butt me at the grocery store when they use their EBT cards to buy food for themselves.

They wandered out of the forest looking for food. It started with one. She must have told others. I don't even know the exact number for sure. 20 live on my balcony. Others come late at night to just eat. Sometimes a visitor will hang around warming up on one of the many heating pads I provide for them during the winter season. I also converted some large plastic totes into cat homes with heating pads inside and outside. Fuck, it's costing me over $2k a month to care for them. I fill a large 60 gallon recycle barrel every 2 weeks with empty cat food cans. There isn't even room left for the boxes the stuff comes in. They are a lot of work to care for. But I love them all and they really appreciate my attention, especially during the winter.
