I have a 2006 Audi A4 Quattro. I always have had good luck with Audi. Great car even when you have a ton of miles and they do well in any kind of weather, they get up and go, and the trunks are roomy.

But for road trips and what not we use our 2003 Chevy Trailblazer.

I'm commuting 100 miles a day in a 1982 VW Rabbit Pickup diesel. It gets around 50 miles per gallon. In terms of fuel savings, compared to my old 1993 Toyota 4 cyl, I save more per year than what I paid for it.

I have an MG ZR and currently looking at buying a Suburu Impreza WRX model or a Mitishibish EVO. I am big into:the car modding / racing side of life.

When I lived in America i had a Pontiac , Buick Regal and Nissan Sentra. All were crap cars. Would have loved a F150 truck. The sporty aggressive model which i forget the name of.

91 Nissan 4x4 PU with 120000 that I bought brand new and still love. The truck has a look that cant be bought any more and I like that look so if I was a millionare I would do whatever it takes to keep the truck till I die.

This video is exactly the truck I have in black with chrome wheels but mine might be even in better shape.

Wanted to start this thread as my beloved 92 Ford Ranger is on its way out and I will be car/truck shopping tomorrow! Looking at a 05 Ford Ranger with all the fixings but with the good people here I may just choose from the list. My 92 was the best truck evaaaa! but the old girl is peeing and shitting on herself and she is tired with 382k her time is up. verysad

My daily regular driver is a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan, just under 102K miles on it. Got it with 54,500 miles almost 2 years ago.

My daily work vehicle is a 99 Ford Escort sedan with almost 133k miles on it. Had 122,500 when I got it back in November.
 Quoting: mopar28m

Awesome to have two cars to choose from. Makes one or the other last so much longer. That dodge Caravan is a mini house/Camper I would love to drive that long distance. cool2
 Quoting: iBYTE on 2

I drive 300-400 miles per week for work around Central Iowa. The Escort gets the most miles on it because of the better gas mileage.

I'll drive the minivan until it can't go any further. Its my 7th minivan in 18 years.

I don't love my truck that much to not wreck the shit out of your car with no insurance
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 25646874

No insurance on your truck ? must be extremely stressful every time you drive down to the store to play scratch tickets.

You are not a worry and most likely will croak off due to a dental abcess cause you can not afford to have those ten shitty teeth pulled LOL

Yeah no shit why ford did that I will never know? Anyways folks I bought the Ranger 05 all the fixings for that year 76k and change on odometer Car fax shows it was good. I like it only because of the reliable 4.0 motor. Has a cheesy After the fact stereo that has enough different colored lights on it to make a 757 cockpit put to shame. All four feet are brand dealer new so probably have to get better in a year or so. Paint is flawless (white) Interior is like new. 5747.00 out the door sticker said 4500 Caligulafornia said no way we tax your shit brah. Promise note to pay off 850 dollars in 45 days. Old girl is gone I may drive by to see if its still in the lot :( The extra cab is nice on new girl I may go get burger king later and just throw the trash in the back lol! did not have that luxury with the old ranger. Did not really go anywhere and I can see the truck as I type this out my porch window she is cute. Happy days no car note its all mine hope a uninsured illegal misses me by much. Dam I am broke but that's cool it was needed. cool2

That fuck ass Xplod stereo has seriously got to go. I may take the bed liner off in a month and herculiner it. Couple of small dings here and there but if it isn't my doing I don't feel so bad and white its hard to see them. Nice meaty 16 inch tires and rims. Again I may just take a brake and pull that fuck ass orange, yellow, green ,red, blue Christmas tree stereo thing out. Wife said I look like I am glowing inside the truck. redface

Nothing like having kids watching a movie in back and having my wife all comfy in the heated leather up front...all while I'm hunting foot deep piles of mud too fly thru
