Re: The Car/truck you are driving now thread!!
This is my first car I paid for, Absolutely red 03 Toyota Celica. My first brand new car at 40yrs of age, we've owned/traded new family cars. It is an awesome car high mpgs, runs great, haven't had any mechanical issues, I still can't bear to trade it in, Love it! Starting to show some rust on left rear quarter panel, but whatever we live in snow country. It will be 11 yrs old in October. I hope to get another 100,000 out of her, she just turned 200,000 the other day.

O yeah you will brah! that's a A-1 reliable Toyota you cant go wrong with that model. Keep it until rust completely covers it and I bet it stills runs for another evaaaaa!! Not unheard of for Celicas to flip odometers a few times. rockon

Re: The Car/truck you are driving now thread!!
I'm driving a 96 F150 147k miles. My frame is better off than any 97 I have seen. Mine has a 4.9 inline 6 that I cannot seem to injure and a mazda 5 speed that has made some weird sounds but keeps working well . This was my first real truck I bought it 5 years ago for 1,350 at 114k miles. I have replaced spring hangers, coil springs and hangers, tie rods, all the brakes and brake lines, tires, the gas tank, u joints, and motor mounts. I also repaired body panels on bed, the power steering pump, the alternator, battery, and lower seal for the steering box twice. If my clutch wasn't slipping and my power brake booster was new I would be a happy camper right now. Just did a u joint, tried 3 trips to autozone getting wrong/broken parts. I was already replacing a failed az part so I got fed up, went elsewhere and got a moog. Was back on road in 30 mins. Twice the price, none of the aggravation. I jumped a semi with it and my wife's regal, It has pulled stumps, overloaded trailers, and my sorry ass for 33k, And will be sad to part with it when the time comes.

Toyota Sequoia with about 130,000 miles. She drives like a dream and has so much power. I will never have a vehicle without a v8 engine. The best part is she is paid off !!!!

I tell you I have always been a mustang guy, owned quite a few but I really like this car and i like the way they brought back the t tops. Hell I even like the fire chicken on the hood! What a great looking car, that pays homage to the old 6.6 TA.

Great commercial too, funny.

Sorry for your loss OP...I feel your pain.

I absolutely loved my '95 ford Bronco, but it was time to put her down in 2011.

I had to look long & hard because there is nothing on the market like a bronco any more.

I finally settled on a new F-150 FX4...all black.
