PSA: Psychic/Sexual Vampires,Sexuality, & Human Rights

I'm a student who studies law, human rights, and in my off time I like to study the more mysterious things in life; esoteric concepts and so forth.

I had recently done some work uncovering the psychic vampire phenomenon, in which where individuals have the ability to exploit, and feed off other people's sexual energies.

This sort of issue demands that law and society recognize the more esoteric concepts, because by all means this is an infringement of human rights. This is what should be demanded:

a.)Every human being should have sovereign authority and awareness over their spiritual energies.
b.)Every human being should have the right to not have those energies exploited
c.)Every human being should have the right to the freedom of sexuality, without being sexually exploited by non-human entities/human entities

I'm merely reminded that our society has yet to be spiritually attuned to acknowledge the concepts behind sexual energies (i.e.-prana/chi).

It would certainly help if government institutions were to implement policies and law reflecting these concepts and values to protect what I consider spiritual human rights. Only then would I genuinely feel that such a government cares about true human rights. There is certainly plenty of ways to approach such suspects and criminals, and proving these sorts of things, but for now we will have to leave this to another day. I have full confidence this issue will be addressed in the near future.

Also, just to leave you with some food for thought. Considering the previously mentioned 3 basic rights that should be demanded - Why should most ordinary people be held accountable for the repercussions of concepts they are barely aware of, or know the workings of. Obviously these sorts of dark side characters - psychic vampires and so forth are exploiting the majority on the basis of privileged knowledge. This makes for an invalid life game, an in-genuine life experience when exploitation and privileged knowledge is used to harm the public, to such a degree. It certainly invalidates the life game on the basis of an incredibly un-even playing field, to the point where the life experience turns into a scam, and you are merely being exploited physically, mentally, and spiritually until reincarnation so this process never ends.

This ends, and it was mighty stupid of the exploiters to make themselves so well known in their confidence to do evil. Expect no less than a spiritual revolution for the human race in the true empowerment of humanity; to break the spiritual shackles of deceit, ignorance, and evil.
