few elite hackers are free. most are involved in deep mindhack
which of course is the hidden vocation of psychotronics -- in which from a distance,
human brains and nervous systems, auras and what you will are manipulated
so as to emulate a sort of robotic reaction from as many people as possible
so the 'elite hackers' are mostly in cpacities of working for the government. they laugh fakely as they are arrogant enough to think that they are the ultimate -- can't be supplanted or out thought.
