Just download and install Firefox 27 or 28. Firefox 27: [link to ftp.mozilla.org (secure)] Firefox 28: [link to ftp.mozilla.org (secure)] Then turn off automatic updates. Tools Options Advanced Update tab Then choose Never check for updates. Happy pre-update browsing.
