We all know HAARP was used to manage the ionosphere...it was on their bloody website.

It used a high frequency signal to drive the plasma of the ionosphere at ELF rates. This allows for a range of experiments from deep radar, to propagation. Its no longer needed because ELF can be generated by plasma antennas and they are in wide deployment, with a smaller form factor and less power requirements.

You know what I would not put past anything the US government would do to control it's people...even by the weather...We all know that 9/11 was orchestrated by the BUSH administration and it is still being covered up today by the Obama administration with a stupid museum that is costing millions. Chemtrails and haarp are all designed to artificially maintain the ionosphere. Why, its because the sun is entering a cold dead cycle. Without the ionosphere you can't communicate via it.

It's always been my contention that part of the climate change push was to give reason and distract the masses from all their weather manipulation. Just part of it tho
