There is no hell or lake of fire. Likewise you are not your body and only have one physical lifetime to figure it all out.

Your soul is indestructible and everlasting. Your body is just the carbon avatar you inhabit for this cycle of your physical incarnations. You have had many lives physical and otherwise and likely on many different planets. The truth will come out for all soon.
