I noticed that, the one in the middle might be the eclipse that is sandwiched between the 4 blood moons. I then noticed the two on the side and I thought maybe it's just decorations.

Yeah, the two on the side I have no explanation for.

But, I also notice they all look like the catholic decorations I've seen before, like on a staff carried by the pope.
