Quoting: Kirk GE has no culpability in the Fukushima Catastrophe whatsoever. the Japanese were running ancient antique nuclear reactors at Fukushima Daichi and it was their responsibilities to make all of the upgrades that were obviously necessary. (not GE). the Japanese are simply idiots. .
