@ Op., the Crane, or better the whole Building you see in the Video is new! They (our great Tepco) constructed a Building above the old Reactor Nr. 4, incl. all Electric, Tubes, Pipes, Elevator,etc.! The Building is not sinking, this was Bs., as usually, from the Pseudo-Blogosphere!  PS: Tepco provided all Blueprints for Nr. 4
