Defense officials called the launch successful." [link to m.hawaiinewsnow.com] Haha, NOPE... Look at the photo on Hawaii News carefully. The faintest and most faded part of the trail is also the highest, meaning something small but FAST dropped out of space and 'burnt up' in the atmosphere, zigzagging along wind currents on its way down. Looks to be highly-reflective compounds in the trail... possibly, stardust. [link to en.wikipedia.org] May 24 meteor shower prelude? I saw something similar in South Africa a few days ago... It looked like a giant chemtrail stretching from south to north as far as I could see, with a downward slope towards Earth. At some point closest to earth the trail simply disappears, which is where I believe the core material (a rock/iron nucleus) just drops down to earth unhindered and likely with nothing more than a dull thud in someone's backyard. I know it's many hours late, but thank you for your analysis - it's better than any I could come up with, in regards to it's beginning trajectory. |
