I think he looks like someone auditioning for a role in a creepy Anthony Perkins - Psycho, or Terence Stamp - The Collector type movie. I don't watch horror movies but have seen bits of them on TV.

To me it is more likely to be another psyop than anything else.

The movie appears to have shot professionally - maybe he had the skills to do this, but it seems more likely that a lighting crew or editing crew were involved.

It sounds like another "Operation Northwoods" type false flag to me.
