Photons travel at the speed if light. From the perspective of the photon, time does not exist.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 56171337 but the speed of light is not a constant as previously thought, therefore some photons are travelling faster or slower than others and thus there is a differential. do you understand what this differential means to the universe? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 58469100 The speed of light is absolutely constant in a vacuum. How do I know? Because if it wasn't, then E=MC^2 would not predict the amount of energy coming out of a nuclear reactor or a nuclear bomb. Yet we can tell with absolute precision how much bang we'll get from a certain mass and that's because the speed of light is a constant.
