Yeah there was quite a bit chatter on this before. I think it's a confirmed erroneous date. There were a lot of mortgages besides the cast of characters showing a Dec. 25th date. Just some arbitrary date set where no bizness transactions had taken place on this date which is used as reference to reconcile.
