I've broken down into debilitating cold chills....while sweating hot.

I feel cold chills whenever I have like spiritual epiphanies or revelations or w/e. Sometimes I cry, but it's not from sadness or anything like that. I just feel powerful.

I might of not been ready for all this stuff because I'm insane or whatever but I think the worse part is over. I wish I would of did more studying and understood the severity of what I was getting myself into before I started meditating tho /: oh well

Sometimes I feel the cold chills when I think of you. I can't bring myself to hold on like you suggested though. Maybe if I fast I can have better results but I have to live alone and I don't yet.

Btw the fucking television reads my thoughts sometimes lol. I hate it because I try to tell people that the television is following my train of thought but of course I scare them lol. That's what they get for hanging out with me :p
