BUT are you supposed to eat the honey, or apply it topically to an infected wound? The article does not say.

And are they talking about Manuka honey, or any plain honey? Does the honey need to be raw.

this would only apply to external injuries, you can't eat honey and hope it works its way through your body as an antibiotic....
