I can't really do that. If he does leave then it is for good,he knows that.

A while ago he told me I would have to go to the courts if I ever try to make him leave, which I will do that once he gets his licsense and a job.

First off all, I'm extremely skeptical that someone said "I'm living like Jesus Christ!" and then spit in your face, but let's pretend I believe you for the sake of argument.

Don't kick him out. Move. Sell your house/wait for your lease to run out and just move.

I had a similar situation and I find that permanent unwanted house guests suddenly FIND a job, a new place to stay, etc, when they realize the gravy train isn't going to be running through the station anymore. There was some property damage, don't get me wrong, but they left.


People who had "no where to go! You can't throw us out!" suddenly found a place with their parents. Turns out their folks had wanted them to move back awhile ago but of course THEY couldn't do something so degrading.....until they absolutely had to.
