Port Authority Police spokesman Joe Pentangelo says the Lamborghini was found on fire and unoccupied in the westbound lanes near the bridge toll plaza in Fort Lee .........

Todd Greene saw the accident.

He posted on his Facebook page: "The guy passed me when I first got on the bridge, next thing I know I was running over lamborgini parts in the road."

He described the driver as “a bald black guy” and said “a skinny black girl was trying to open the driver’s door to get the man out when I drove past.”
