They're here to build. That's all I can say. Imagine the perfect workforce for secret projects, working pennies on the dollar and/or food and housing, not speaking the language and understanding what they're working on because of language barriers and compartmentalization, being housed in govt barracks where everything going in and out is monitored and controlled.

I saw an article yesterday saying that the bases that they're being moved to have had their perimeter fences covered with opaque tarps or some type of blinding material, and I took notice of how absurd it was that they said the material was to "shield them from the outside world".

Oh and in case you think they'll be rebuilding our infrastructure, or revitalizing parks and stuff like that, you'll be pretty disappointed when you discover what's going on and it's far too late.
