New tornado warning just issued for central Nebraska - take cover in towns of Burwell, Corner, and Taylor.

I live in Omaha, NE... We miss all the fun :-(.

There is NOTHING "fun" about a tornado.

Well not if it's hitting someones house. But if it's out in a cornfield somewhere it's an amazing experience watching one.

I don't like the callous attitudes that people have about tornadoes . . . and have you EVER considered that those "cornfield" tornadoes might kill some form of wildlife?

What wildlife? A cow? A horse?

Yeah, that would suck; but oh wellllllllllllllllll.

Tornados are fun, so is baseball sized hail.

A cow or horse has FAR MORE value than humans who disrespect animals and those who 'think' something like a tornado is "fun".

In fact, most people are worthless and I would run past 100 humans to help an animal in need/distress.


A small Nebraska town was devastated Monday afternoon when two tornadoes touched down simultaneously in northeast Nebraska, killing one person, critically injuring at least 16 more people and sending rescue crews scrambling to dig for others who might be buried under the rubble.

At least one of the tornadoes slammed into the town of Pilger, a community of about 350 people 75 miles northwest of Omaha, the National Weather Service reported. A spokeswoman for Faith Regional Health Services in nearby Norfolk told NBC News that one person was dead and that 16 others were in critical condition.
