Attending were Col. Danny Stebbins and regional command staff including Western District Maj. William Podgorski. “This will be a very extensive piece of work,” State Police spokesman Lt. J. Paul Vance said today. Podgorski cited one reason for the delay as the “scrubbing” of FBI reports, according to sources familiar with his presentation. Vance confirmed that, saying, “They do their redactions based on state FOI [Freedom of Information] laws.” [link to www.countytimes.com] |
