Yeshua(Jesus) taught peace, not war. The Roman Catholic Church was the war - monger, not true Christians. Please understand the difference. They do not follow the bible. They do not practice what Yeshua preached.

How can one truth be inferior to another? Doesn't truth come from God? That Joshua was a servant of God, and a leader of the Israelites. How does this apply to the topic of this thread? You mentioned Yeshua being non violent, but all I said was that he surrounded a city and it fell. No, in the story of greater truth, Mohammed was inside his tent and some priest called him out and Mohammed said he would do so according to greater truth or whatever, and then came out, and the man was impressed and thereafter decided not to kill Mohammed's people. [shrug] So if some Yeshua of any metal come forward and call bullshit on Mohammed's crowd today, it would have a great effect I think. Depending on how he did it, and how he surrounds, cities or hearts.
