I think the most powerful thing anyone can do is become independent from any government or otherwise organization. Grow your own food, have your own water, energy, learn and become better. Waiting for the government is like waiting on the slave master to say "oh yea, sorry, we made a mistake, you can all go now"

They can be dangerous in a crisis, but if you can find a group of expats of your nationality, life will be easier. And there are expat groups from major nations that can be found in most countries. Also, you can find local groups that share your interests.

Stay mobile-capable; things can quickly change and you need to remain flexible in case you need to bug out from your usual location. Keep emergency cash, gold & silver, etc. ready to fund an escape. The more rural your chosen relocation place is, the better to avoid official entanglements and troubles.

The most difficult thing about relocation for most people is finance. How can you fund such a thing? Assuming you are not independently wealthy, the best way of supporting yourself is often through portable businesses. If you can make money on the Internet, through your intellectual property, communications, etc., that can work. You can also find out what jobs expats have and get into their industries. There are even international job-placement wersites that can help you find a good job overseas. Even low paying jobs can be useful to survive. Young travellers often fund their journey by being bartenders, sports instructors, hostel managers, etc. You can also get paid to teach your native language to the locals.

Additionally, you need to get your money out of these NWO countries too. Even before you migrate, if you feel the need for a bank account, open one in a foreign jurisdiction as soon as possible to avoid the coming capital controls. Even if you can't handle the idea of permanently relocating away from the Fatherland you suckle your income from, you should establish an international place to retreat to temporarily when things get really nasty back home.
