What kind of benefits does this New Jerusalem Calendar bring to make it better than the Gregorian calendar?

We are moving from the 1582 AD Gregorian calendar system to the New Jerusalem calendar system. Scheduled for 2018.

The people can be very stubborn so Pentecost 2018 is what we are shooting for if we get cooperation.
