But what effect could news such as this have on the vitamin supplement pill industry, I wonder? Both sides could be just a scam, in any case. .....there...I used a lot of words to say actually not much at all. The chariots of God are tens of thousands, and thousands of thousands. |

If the only meat a person eats for a long time is rabbit, it happens. rabbits are totally lean. I was actually going someplace with that, but fully lost the thought. -Everything's more awesome when you lean into it. |

You don't generally get sick from too much vitamins, you'd have to be taking very high doses. That said, don't eat foods that have so little nutritional value that they NEED to be 'fortified.' Eat real food, & food-based vitamins if you have a specific deficiency. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15339044 Check the ingredients on the cereal boxes, chances are if it is a name brand cereal it has it listed. If you feed your kids this poison, or eat it yourself, you are stupid. Looked up Trisodium Phosphate. Looks like a great cleaner. Living in the Northwest, the patio can get that slick mold over the fall/winter. It's getting nice weather and time to clean it off and pull the grill out. As far as in cereal, I dunno, something about it in Cheerios. Anyhow, it is not in Kellogg's raisin brand. I eat a huge bowl every 4 days (3cups). Just for the fiber.
