Tampa Heather User ID: 57192133 United States 06/26/2014 06:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Go to court and fight this. I am a grandma of 6. I would fight with every bit of strength I have to see my grandchildren. Quoting: tiger1 IMO, you have to fight :( Kids now days need someone with experience in life...adults in their 30's (born after 1980) are just as useless as the teenagers because life has been so unstable for the last 30 years...the current 30 year olds (parents) are so caught up in their twitter, FB, cell phones, sex, tv, new shoes and stupid purses, they have NO IDEA how to raise a responsible child... Children do not come with an instruction manual. You learn as you go...but since you already have experience, I'd say your guilt won't let you run. I'm sending well wishes your way OP and keep your head up :) You understand! Thank you, yes, yes, yes to all you wrote! I just am so worn down, they have drained us emotionally and financially. I feel like all was for nothing. If I fight, then I need to be sure I can do it. I am not old, but not young either. Plus, my daughter is a mess and makes me pause and think, how did she get like this. But what you wrote about this age group is spot on. Thank you! YOU CAN DO IT! You don't have to be perfect, neither does the kids...all you HAVE to do is teach them to be responsible for their own actions...once they make a choice whether they're 3 or 30 you need to make sure whatever their choice is, THEY deal with the consequences. Stand firm my friend and know you are loved :) ~TH What doesn't kill me only makes me stronger... |

I realized it was from the stress. I managed to stop stressing and centered myself. I am going to get the kids back, I am pretty sure I can. Reading this from you today just reenforces what I know I need to do. God Bless you! |
