I don't know if it is actually edited together. In the key sentence, "individuals must surrender their rights to an all-powerful sovereign," there are no edits. From the beginning of the sentence to the end, it is one shot. He actually said that. It doesn't matter what the context is at that point, the statement is within its own context.

Watch the first few minutes of the original speech and don't fall for this 19 second edited video. Someone spliced two parts of this speech together and is taken completely out of context.

Please understand, I am not an obummertard - I hate everything this man has done to this country and his evil agenda. But there are plenty of things he has done in reality to condemn him - an edited speech is not needed. It is just a rare opportunity for the liberaltards to point fingers at how crazy the right is. Don't fall for this trap.
