I remember being about 8 years old and picking up a Berenstein book with the name spelled with an a instead. I wondered aloud if it was supposed to be spelt like that and some kid just replied something like "duh" like it was obvious. I remembered it being spelt with the e before then. A memory that was suddenly brought up in the other Berenstein thread, haven't thought about it since then.
