That family is retarded. I would have provided her with NO paperwork proving she lived there, and when she stepped out of the home, thrown away her belongings, and if the police showed up, pretended like id never met her before, and the onus would fall on her to prove she'd ever lived there, meaning she'd be out on her ass.

If not, then she has NO way to prove anything. So apparently, there was some kind of written and legal agreement, since the police won't intervene and said they have to evict her. NO WAY should anyone hire somebody from a place like Craig's List and just let them move into their home - ESPECIALLY if they have children!
