Mr Wheeler has some odd grievances doesn't he?

Didn't they have like weekly meetings with " authorities " to talk about their concerns and their wants and needs? It certainly seemed like there were tons of articles talking about that. Didn't they lobby their representatives daily to pass laws to keep information out of the public domain? Didn't they have a cop assigned to them to make sure they got all the info they needed? Lt Vance was very clear that everyone understood that.

"It wasn't until June of 2013, he said, that he and his wife learned that a trauma counseling team was already in place to help families."

David must not have spoken with LT Vance. He gave out the trauma help line in like the 2nd press conference after the event. Now...it was the fax line to a district court but hey it was talked about.

When lamenting all the pics of the victims being left out of the official yearbook David states...

"It was as if the first three months of the school year and the people who were lost ... never existed," he said.
