This.

As I said, I live just north.

Folks used to have a cabin up in Green Valley Lake -- quake was between Big Bear and Green Valley -- 11km (not miles) WNW of Big Bear in West Point.

Lots of smaller "branches" running through the San Bernardino Mountains.

Doubtless, that is what formed them.

My dog is not really worried. My cat ran the fuck outside though. Which one should I trust?

The Cat, he probably received intel through his implanted alien transmitter.

Nah, there is a fault.

Big earthquakes in Big Bear/San Bernardino Mountains all the time.

That was the biggest up here in years though I think where I'm at.
 Quoting: Barstool Bob

Large one in June of '93(?) Occurred hours after the big Landers quake and likely related. Caused some slides on the roads leading into Big Bear.

Re: Big shaker here -- SoCal
Caltrans and the California Highway Patrol closed Highway 18 in both directions between Big Bear and the area of Snow Valley Ski Report due to mud and rock slides.
It's unknown how long the road will be closed.
There are also reports of mud and rock slides on Highway 38 near Valley of the Falls Drive.
Heavy rain is coming down throughout Big Bear and the San Bernardino County Mountains. A flash flood watch has been issued for the mountains until 8 p.m.

I wonder if eq caused it or flooding or both?
