Ha Ha, I am a religitard but think the idea of people not having sex is not natural.
I am not an extremist, that's the difference. My ex's Gramma was obsessed with not having sex. She scolded my mother in law for riding a bike, because the seat went between her legs and rubbed her. I told my mother in law that it sounds like her mother was rather perverted.

so many misconceptions. allow me to clear some of them:

1) sperm is not the same as semen, specially in occult teachings. Semen contains sexual energy. Women have semen too, but as energy. Sperm sometimes can be dead/old and not carry energy (yellowish color), in that case you don't lose semen. In the case of wet dreams it's mostly just fluid and dead sperm that comes out, the loss is minor compared to a full-blown waking-time ejaculation.
2) it's possible to orgasm and ejaculate without losing semen/energy. advanced stuff.
3) while you don't lose all of your energy, the toll it takes is pretty high. It's equivalent to several drops of blood, and there is loss of psychic energy too. May take weeks to recover, maybe more or less depending on age / health. The deficit of energy adds up over time resulting in what we know of as the 'aging process'.
4) I'm not religious, just a very rational person. I have metaphysical knowledge in addition to extensive physical/ordinary knowledge.
